Returns/Exchange Policy

All items are final sale. No cancellations or refunds are issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

White items, bodysuits, and accessories are all FINAL SALE.

Items purchased with a use of a discount code or sale items are all FINAL SALE.

If any damaged items are received due to our error email us at support@lavishboutiquexo.com. Please include name and order number. You must notify us of the issue no LATER than three days after receiving the item. Upon review we will notify you if we are able to exchange your item. We will only exchange for store credit. Shipping fees will be excluded should a merchandise credit be issued.

We are NOT responsible for any return shipping fees. 

Please do not return packages without an approval.
